Tony Swinson was Excellent
Cheers to Hyundai for their excellent Customer Service, acknowledgement of Customer Concerns and rest Assusrance.
I made an appointment for Thursday 12/7/17 at 730 a.m. Only 1 person was checking in cars for service, took about 15+ minutes, then when I returned to pick up car only 1 person settling up the bills. I just don't think for the premium I pay on the service it is worth the extra time and inconvenience of waiting for a shuttle ride which begins at 8 a.m. and I usually start work at 730.
By no means is this the fault of the gentleman working the line yesterday with customers, he is courteous and working as hard and fast as he could by himself, he just needed another person to help carry the load.
