Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. In and out very quickly. During the 125 point inspection tech found the lower ball joints to have some play in them. Great job. Now to have the ball joints replaced at a later date.

Two out of three items addressed; oil change and left fog light issue corrected. Third item which was fraying of driver side seam was not. I was told that pictures of seat had been taken and was forwarded to Hyundai for review. (?). Not sure about what that means rather than just fixing the frayed seam. All in all service was very good. Having bought 7, yes 7, Sonatas from Camelback Hyundai and being totally dissatisfied with their service and a total lack of response from their General Manager, I have taken my service and new car buying to Chapman. I believe in speaking with my wallet when my wors go unheeded.
